NINJA CPA Review: a low monthly price with live group tutoring
NINJA is a month-to-month CPA course. A 2026 pricing roundup lists a $67 a month Supplement tier and an $87 a month Full Course that includes live group tutoring sessions.
Ratings and notes are our editorial assessment, using the rubric on our methodology page. They draw on third-party reviews and pricing roundups, not on independent testing of each course, and NINJA’s own FAQ and Sparring pages confirm the two prices below, while other details are as reported. Prices change often, so confirm at checkout.
What it does well
A pricing roundup describes the lowest monthly commitment in CPA review, with no contracts, and says NINJA Sparring, live group tutoring four nights a week with one CPA section per night, is included in the $87 Full Course, along with 250 or more hours of archived sessions. It notes competitors often charge separately for live instruction.
A subscription also means you stop paying when you stop studying. A roundup says that avoids the extended-access issue that pass guarantees solve: you just resubscribe if you need more time.
Where it falls short
A pricing roundup lists no pass guarantee. We could not confirm question and simulation counts from a source we trust, so we make no claim about how its question bank compares in size. A monthly price also adds up: at $87 a month, a year of study is about $1,044.
NINJA’s own FAQ describes the Supplement as notes, audio and multiple-choice questions for candidates who already own a course, and the Full Course as the complete all-in-one package. Details beyond that, and any student discount, need checking on NINJA’s site before you buy.
Pricing as reported
| Tier | Monthly price | What was reported |
|---|---|---|
| Supplement | $67 | Lower-priced tier |
| Full Course | $87 | Includes NINJA Sparring live group tutoring, four nights a week, with an archive of 250+ hours |

How the NINJA CPA review subscription works
NINJA’s own FAQ, updated in April 2026, sets out the model. The Supplement at $67 a month is aimed at candidates who already have a course and want NINJA’s notes, audio and multiple-choice questions. The Full Course at $87 a month includes every NINJA resource, including its Sensei AI study assistant. Either subscription renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time, with no commitment beyond the month you have paid for. One subscription covers one exam section at a time: when you finish a section, you ask NINJA to switch you to the next, rather than buying again. NINJA is owned and run by Jeff Elliott, CPA, who also founded Another71.com.
What a year of NINJA costs
| Months | Supplement at $67 | Full Course at $87 |
|---|---|---|
| 3 months | $201 | $261 |
| 6 months | $402 | $522 |
| 12 months | $804 | $1,044 |
| 18 months | $1,206 | $1,566 |
Monthly prices from NINJA’s FAQ, checked October 14, 2026; totals are simple multiplication
Even at 18 months on the Full Course, NINJA comes in below the $1,999 entry price of UWorld Premier and the $2,499 of Becker Advantage. The trade-off is that you pay only while you study, so a long gap between sections still costs money unless you cancel and resubscribe.
Who should skip it
- You want a pass guarantee: Becker, UWorld and Gleim Premium Pro each offer one, with conditions.
- You want a confirmed, large question bank: Gleim lists 12,000+ multiple-choice questions and 1,200+ simulations.
- You want one-on-one tutoring rather than group sessions: Becker includes tutoring from Pro upward.

Common questions
How long does access last?
It is a monthly subscription, so access continues while you keep paying, per a pricing roundup. Check NINJA’s site for cancellation terms.
Is NINJA worth the money?
It can suit candidates who want a low monthly price and live group tutoring, and who do not need a pass guarantee. Check what the tier you want includes.
Can I get a discount on NINJA?
Offers change often, so check NINJA’s site and confirm the price at checkout. We could not verify any student rate, so we do not quote one.
Do I need a separate NINJA CPA review subscription for each section?
No. NINJA’s FAQ says one subscription covers one section at a time: after you sit an exam, you message NINJA inside its Dojo platform and it switches you to the next section. NINJA says you can switch once every 30 days, with some flexibility for situations such as Notice to Schedule problems.
Can I keep NINJA downloads after I cancel?
Yes, according to NINJA’s FAQ: downloads of the notes, audio and book carry the same download privileges as buying them standalone. NINJA advises using them alongside its multiple-choice questions.
The final call
Consider NINJA if a monthly price and live group sessions fit your timeline. Check its current tiers, question counts and terms on its own site first.
