This PM PrepCast review now starts with a warning: PrepCast’s own site announces that the PM PrepCast is closing and that all product access ends December 4, 2026. Until October 31, its products are 50% off, but anything you buy stops working on December 4. Unless you will finish studying and sit the PMP before then, choose another course.
What the closure means
- All access ends December 4, 2026, including the training course and the exam simulator, according to PrepCast.
- The 50% sale runs until October 31. A cheaper price doesn’t help if your exam is after December 4.
- Keep your 35-hour certificate. If you already completed the course, download your certificate and any records before access ends, since PMI may audit your application.
- We’ve withdrawn our rating (previously 4.4 / 5) because we can’t recommend buying a course that is closing.

What PrepCast offered
PM PrepCast was a video course from Cornelius Fichtner’s OSP International that bundled the 35 contact hours with a large exam simulator for a one-off fee. Its upper package was reported to include more than 100 video lessons and a simulator with over 2,280 questions. Reported prices ranged from about $230 to $350: about $229 for the basic package and between $300 and $350 ($299 to $349) for Elite. PrepCast began rolling out materials for the July 2026 exam from May 8, 2026, before announcing the closure.
