Crack DAT review: the budget subscription

Crack DAT is a lower-cost DAT platform with practice tests, a large question bank and Perceptual Ability generators, usable on web and phone. Its App Store subscription is $49.99 a month or $199.99 a year, and its web plans are reported at $299 for 3 months or $399 for 6 months on sale.

What stands out

• Low price, especially the yearly app plan.
• Unlimited Perceptual Ability practice through PAT generators.

What to watch for

• Auto-renewal. App subscriptions renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
• Practice-test realism. Reviewers rate Bootcamp’s and Booster’s full-length tests as closer to the real DAT.
• Web prices vary with sales; check the current price.
