AceableAgent review
The best regulator-published pass rate of any provider we checked, by a wide margin — and available in only 17 states. For most readers the real question is not whether Aceable is good, but whether it is available at all.
What it does well
In Texas, AceableAgent’s students pass on their first attempt at 65.8% — against a 56.1% state average, and clear of every other verified provider, on a real sample of 8,516 exams. This is a Texas-specific regulator finding, not a national guarantee, but it is on real volume, second only to Champions School of Real Estate.
It is also the only provider here with a genuine mobile-first product: a dedicated app at every tier, including the cheapest one, and Aceable was among the first to design real estate CE courses specifically for phones.
Where it falls short
Coverage is the real limitation: pre-licensing in only 17 states, against roughly 37 for Kaplan and 41 for Colibri. Its continuing-education coverage is narrower still, at just 5 states. For most of the country, Aceable is simply not an option for pre-licensing.
Its guarantee is conditional in a way Colibri’s is not: in Texas it pays out only after three failed attempts, not one. Its “up to 50% off” promotion runs on a countdown timer that, checked twice on the same day, appeared to gain time rather than run down — treat any urgency messaging with skepticism.
Its exam-prep arm, PrepAgent, is not an independent product — Aceable owns it and bundles three months into its own Deluxe and Premium tiers.

Common questions
Is AceableAgent available in my state?
Only if you are in one of its 17 pre-licensing states — AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MI, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA. Check its current list before assuming.
Does the 65.8% Texas pass rate apply everywhere?
No. It is Texas-specific regulator data on Aceable’s Texas cohort. We have no equivalent independently published figure for its other states.
Is PrepAgent a separate product worth buying?
It is Aceable’s own exam-prep arm, already bundled into the Deluxe and Premium tiers. Buying it separately alongside a Deluxe-or-above package would be redundant.
The final call
If you are in one of Aceable’s 17 states, its Texas pass-rate data is the strongest evidence-based case for any provider on this site, and the mobile app is a genuine advantage if you study in short bursts. Outside those 17 states, it is not a choice you get to make — Colibri or Kaplan is where the decision actually happens.
