When do PE exam results come out?

PE results are typically available 7 to 10 days after you test, per NCEES. You get an email telling you to view your result in your MyNCEES account; the result includes information from your licensing board on what to do next.

If you don’t pass

• Read your result notice in MyNCEES for any performance feedback and your board’s instructions.
• Check NCEES and your board’s retake rules before re-registering.
• Repeat-taker pass rates are lower than first-time rates, so use the diagnostic to target study.
