Wisconsin PE license requirements
Wisconsin’s Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) no longer pre-qualifies exam candidates: you schedule the PE directly with NCEES. After passing your exams, you apply for registration (Form 1736) with a $55 credential fee, an experience record and five applicant appraisal forms, or through an NCEES Council Record. The Professional Engineer Section reviews your application before the board meets.
