West Virginia PE license requirements
In West Virginia, eligible candidates register for the PE directly with NCEES as West Virginia applicants. Licensure is a post-exam process: after passing the PE and obtaining the required experience, you apply to the West Virginia State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers ($72 application fee). If you registered for the PE in another state, you must be licensed there first and then apply to West Virginia by comity ($135).
