Oregon PE license requirements
In Oregon you don’t apply to the board to qualify for the PE: you register directly with NCEES, and Oregon has long allowed early PE taking, per NSPE. To be licensed by the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering and Land Surveying (OSBEELS), you apply online after passing the FE and PE and meeting a qualifying education-experience combination, most commonly an ABET-accredited four-year degree plus four years of experience, with five references (three registered PEs).
