New York PE license requirements
In New York, licensing is run by the State Education Department’s Office of the Professions (NYSED OP), which must approve you before you register for the PE. You submit Form 1 with a $377 fee (covering licensure and your first three-year registration), Form 2 for your education, and Forms 4 and 4A for your experience. New York awards combined credits for education and experience, so your experience counts toward eligibility to sit.
