Massachusetts PE license requirements
Massachusetts doesn’t allow early PE taking: under a 2017 board policy, you can’t sit the PE until you’ve completed the required work experience, and early PE scores are accepted only from comity applicants already licensed in another state. Applications go through the board’s vendor, Professional Credentialing Services (PCS); after approval you register with NCEES. References must include three PEs familiar with your work.
