Florida PE license requirements
In Florida you must pass the FE before registering for the PE, which you can now take before finishing your experience; you then apply to the Florida Board of Professional Engineers (FBPE) for licensure. Licensure requires 48 months of experience with a board-approved engineering degree, a $230 application fee and a score of 90% or higher on FBPE’s online Laws and Rules Study Guide.
