Arizona PE license requirements
In Arizona, if you have an ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree you’re auto-approved and register for the PE directly with NCEES. Everyone else needs pre-authorization from the Arizona Board of Technical Registration ($100 application fee, 8 to 12 weeks). Arizona has long allowed the PE to be taken before the experience is complete; you need about four years of progressive experience before you’re licensed.
