Kaplan LSAT review: the widest range of formats, from add-ons to 170+

Kaplan sells everything from $35 flashcards to on-demand, live online, in-person and tutoring courses, plus its LSAT Channel of live and recorded lessons. It backs most courses with a Higher Score Guarantee.

Based on Kaplan’s own LSAT pages, checked October 11, 2026. Kaplan’s course pages did not show full-course prices when we checked, so course prices below are as listed on a university partner page and may differ from what Kaplan charges today. We have not tested the course hands-on, so this review has no score.

What to watch for

Prices are hard to pin down. Kaplan’s course pages lead with promotions and change often.
Read guarantee conditions closely. Kaplan’s Higher Score Guarantee has eligibility requirements set out at kaptest.com/hsg.
Be careful with “#1 rated” claims. Kaplan cites a review site that, in Kaplan’s own words, is a Kaplan affiliate.
