BARBRI bar review: the most structured, in four tiers

BARBRI is the most widely used bar prep course. For 2026-27 it sells four tiers (Essentials, Premium, Elite and Extended), each tailored to your jurisdiction’s exam: legacy UBE, NextGen UBE or a state-drafted exam. Essentials lists at $1,999 (on sale for $1,699 when checked), and higher tiers add longer access and unlimited essay grading. If you don’t pass, you can repeat the same course free.

Tiers, Essentials price, guarantee and scholarship code from BARBRI’s own pages; the top-tier price range ($1,999-$5,999) as reported. Checked October 11, 2026. We have not tested it hands-on, so this review has no score.
