Florida bar exam requirements
Florida gives its own bar exam, Florida essays and multiple choice plus the MBE, with a passing average score of 136, and doesn’t accept UBE score transfers or admit lawyers on motion. The fee for first-time takers is $1,000 (it depends on when you registered as a student), due November 15 for February. Florida switches to the NextGen UBE with a Florida law component in July 2028.
