Delaware bar exam requirements
Delaware gives its own bar exam, Delaware essays plus the MBE and MPT, with a passing score of 143, and doesn’t accept UBE score transfers or admit lawyers on motion. It plans to switch to the NextGen UBE in February 2028, keeping a half-day Delaware essay section. The fee is $700 by the first deadline or $900 by the late deadline.
