Rosh Review ABIM review: the lowest-priced full bank
Rosh Review, now part of Blueprint, sells an Internal Medicine Resident Qbank of 2,000 questions that follows the ABIM certification blueprint for $279, or $549 with an added osteopathic principles bank for DOs. For recertification, its 2,850-question MOC Qbank is $479, or $589 with 100 CME credits. Its Pass Guarantee means you don’t pay, or your subscription is extended, if you don’t pass.
Prices, question counts and guarantee from Rosh Review’s own pages. Checked October 12, 2026. We have not tested it hands-on, so this review has no score.
What stands out
- Lowest entry price of the main ABIM banks, from Rosh’s own page.
- Pass Guarantee: you don’t pay, or your subscription is extended free until you pass.
- Analytics that project your score or pass probability, plus teaching images and educators on call.
- A DO-friendly Premium tier with an osteopathic principles bank.
What to watch for
- CME isn’t MOC. Rosh says its CME credits don’t qualify for ABIM MOC points.
- Check the access period at checkout; it isn’t stated on the pricing cards we saw.
