Buying the SIE and Series 7 separately comes to $298. Kaplan’s SIE and Series 7 combination packages run $209 to $479, so Achievable’s pair costs more than Kaplan’s most basic self-study tier but much less than Kaplan’s Premium packages ($429 OnDemand and $479 Live Online). The difference is what you get: Achievable’s two courses include its full practice banks, while Kaplan’s lower tiers include fewer tools.
How Achievable works
Each course is built around an online textbook broken into chapters, with quizzes after each. Achievable says it uses adaptive review that brings back questions you’re getting wrong or forgetting, and its full-length practice exams mirror the length of the real tests. There’s one version of each course, with no tiers to compare, and the Series 7 course adds bonus videos on key topics. Everything is online; there’s no printed manual.
