How we rank NAPLEX prep
Our NAPLEX picks are based on what each provider publishes: course content, question banks, alignment with the 2025 content outline, guarantees and price. We have not run hands-on tests, so we do not give star scores. We explain which option suits which student.
What we look at

| Current outline | Prep should match the five-domain outline used since May 2025. |
| Practice | Volume and quality of scenario-based questions and calculations. |
| Teaching | Books, lectures or videos for relearning content. |
| Guarantees | We read the conditions, not just the headline. |
| Price transparency | We say when a provider doesn’t publish prices or when prices come from an app store. |
| Independence | We don’t rely on providers’ own comparison pages. |
What we don’t do
- We don’t claim hands-on testing we haven’t done.
- We don’t accept payment for picks; we currently earn no commission from any NAPLEX provider.
