NAPLEX changes tracker
The main recent NAPLEX change is the new five-domain content outline for exams from May 1, 2025. Score transfers have cost $105 per jurisdiction since June 2, 2025, and first-time pass rates rose to 86.8% for 2025 graduates. A few states adopted the Uniform MPJE (UMPJE) in 2026, as reported.
