Both are full NAPLEX courses with a book, videos and 3,000+ questions. UWorld RxPrep’s online course costs $999 for 180 days (or $1,199 for 360) and adds an AI study assistant and practice assessments; PassNAPLEXNow costs $895 for six months with 80 hours of lectures, a chart book and coverage of the CPJE’s clinical portion.
