The main differences

Teaching is Becker’s strength: over 55 hours of video, 76 SkillBuilder videos, and on Pro, live online classes plus one-to-one tutoring. Practice volume is Gleim’s: three times as many case-based questions, which matters now that each part ends with two of them. On price, Becker Pro undercuts Gleim Premium by $200 at list, while Gleim Traditional undercuts Becker Pro by $100 but drops video lectures. Both discount most of the year, so compare live prices.

The bottom line

If you want teaching and the security of a guarantee, Becker Pro is the stronger buy at current list prices, and it no longer expires. If you learn mainly by working through questions, especially case-based ones, Gleim gives you more of them. Avoid the cheapest package of either unless you’re sure: Becker Advantage can expire before your three-year window does, and Gleim Traditional has no video lectures.
