Surgent CIA review: adaptive study at a lower price

Surgent’s CIA Essentials course costs about $499 for 18 months, well below most full courses. Surgent has been part of UWorld since April 30, 2026; it keeps its own brand, and its course is now UWorld’s CIA offering. It uses adaptive diagnostics and a ReadySCORE readiness estimate, with 3,000+ explained questions, unlimited practice exams, ebooks and a pass guarantee.
