The CMT prep market is small: the official curriculum comes with your exam fee, along with access to Optuma and Nasdaq Dorsey Wright research. Is the CMT curriculum included in the exam fee?

Yes. The CMT Association says the official curriculum is included in every exam registration, which costs $875 to $1,475 per level for December 2026.

Can I still buy UWorld's CMT course?

No. UWorld says its CMT review courses have been discontinued from sale.
