The best free PANCE resources come from NCCPA itself: the 2025 content blueprint, sample questions with critiques written by its test committee, and an exam tutorial on Pearson VUE’s site. NCCPA also sells practice exams built from its item banks, listed at $50 each in an NCCPA presentation. For free practice questions, UWorld’s 7-day trial gives 60 and Blueprint PA’s free trial gives 40.

What the blueprint tells you
NCCPA’s blueprint, in effect since January 2025, is the closest thing to a syllabus. Medical content makes up 94% of the exam; cardiovascular is the biggest system at 11%, then pulmonary at 9%, and formulating the most likely diagnosis is the biggest task at 18%.
