Magoosh MCAT review: the budget option

Magoosh is the cheapest full MCAT course we review, reported at about $379 to $399 for 12 months of Premium access. It is all online and self-paced, with day-by-day study plans, email support and a 10-point improvement guarantee for previous test-takers. There are no live classes or books.

Plans and guarantee from Magoosh’s own MCAT plans page; prices as reported by review sites, because the plans page did not show them to us. Checked October 11, 2026. We have not tested the course hands-on, so this review has no score.
